Awesome week with amazing weather!
Ardene always does a great job pricing all our destinations and resorts even when we want to check out some crazy ones. We have loved having the customs paperwork sent to us filled out before hand also. We are especially thankful on this trip when our room wasn't great at first but an email was sent by us to Ardene (who was out but we were helped by Jan) and we were moved that day even though we had asked quite a few times and never gotten the issues resolved by the resort front desk.

She was amazing! She was always quick with responses when I would email her with any and all questions I had. I could not have asked for a better experience in booking this trip. She was so flexible and never got frustrated with the millions of questions or concerns we had. We had to postpone the original trip due to Covid and I was worried it would be such a pain to re do all we had done, but it couldn't of been more simple! Talk about a stress free set up with booking and all around a stress free vacation! I will ALWAYS recommend the travel agents at Travel Advantage! We have used them for years from family vacations to tropical destinations for just the two of us and its always super easy and stress free!

Ardene was very helpful in working out the details of our trip to Disneyworld. When she was out of the office, we appreciated her making sure her base was covered by another agent as it was important to us to keep lines of communication open.
