Our experience was great. Becky helped us to make our reservations about 10 months in advance to enable us to add an extra night. She also recommended Club Mobay which we had never used before at the airport and it was definitely worth it. It saved us a lot of time going through customs.

Trip to Punta Cana Excellence
There was nothing we could say that would be negative about both the resort as well as working with Becky. Everything was smooth and prepared on Becky's end and she was patient and helpful in choosing our destination. Excellence Punta Cana was the best all-inclusive we have stayed at. The staff was cheerful, helpful, and worked hard to serve us in the best way possible. Excellence has a phenomenal beach and pools which are both cleaned everysingle morning. Restaurants were very very good for an all inclusive in this price range. Over all there isn't much I would change about our experience. We enjoyed the place very much.

Becky was so easy to work with and planned a perfect get away for my husband and I. Everything she suggested, we did and loved every minute of it. The Mobay Club was incredibly worth it and made it a great experience. When our flights were delayed into Atlanta, she changed them quickly and was always in communication with us!
